Where do you ship to?

We ship all around the world. All major destinations are supported.
To ensure we can ship to your location, please check the country selection during the checkout process.

When will my order be shipped?

All THEUNISSEN accessories are exclusively made to order.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the handcrafting and dispatch of your order.
Orders placed during sales periods may exceptionally take an additional 2 to 4 business days.

Can I exchange a product?

All products can be exchanged in case of a sizing problem.

Can I return a product?

Due to the handmade and made to order nature of our products, returns are not possible.
However, if there is a manufacturing fault, THEUNISSEN will offer a refund via the original payment method or cover the new delivery costs of an exchange.How should I proceed?

To request an exchange or return, please contact our customer support at management@theunissenparis.com within 14 days of the initial delivery date.

After your exchange or return is approved, we will provide you with the return procedure via email. Returns should be shipped within 7 days of approval, new and unused, in their original packaging with tags.

Our customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.

Once we receive the items and inspect them for any damage or signs of use, we will process a refund or exchange within 5 business days.
